Details of the issue:
So, i can run other games at ultra maxed out 2k/4k
and i can also get over 260fps on my 300 mods custom modpack but while i try to play my fav. modpack FTB Infinity my framerates drop to 19-22, while i am underground like 33Y, then my framerates are like 25fps.. i even tested my minecraft with difrend ram allocation/java settings but nothing helped me..

Aditional Info:

RAM Alocated to java: 5/6GB
Java Version: Version 7 Update 80 (Build 1.7.0_80-b15)



Motherboard(MOBO): MSI 970A-G43
Central Processing Unit (CPU): AMD 8120 @ 3.1ghz x8 threats with temp of 45-55 C
Random Access Memory(RAM):Crucial 16GB 1600mhz DDR3
Graphics Processing Unit(GPU): Nvidia Geforce 970 @Msi Gaming Edition
Power Supply(PSU): Corsair CS750M
Hard Disk Drive(HDD): ST2000DM001-9YN164 ATA/WDC WD5000BPVT-55HXZT
Operating System(OS): Windows 10 Pro @ 64bit

I can also send any type of logs but i have no idea how.. what do you think would be causing those horible fps? i can get in a normal minecraft 700-1600fps, i even tested it with my SSD from my Server but nothing helped.. perfomance was still the same​
 
Okay so my framerates are more balanced like 13fps while being near ic2 machinery

So when i added those java parameters this happend
