Summary of the problem Lost Inventory

What is the bug? I died by the blood altar using the glass sacrificial dagger because I derped and when I used the /back command I was teleported into my gravestone but when I broke it I lost EVERYTHING, there isn't a newer backup for some reason, and it makes me so angry I want to quit playing on the server.
