Summary of the problem Loot Bag Possible Exploit

What is the bug? 3.0.10 When you uncraft a high tiered loot bag, you would get a stack of 4 of the lower tiered but when you open the stacked lootbag you would get the same loot from the other loot bags by not taking it out and spreading it. Here's a Video:
