Loonium and extra bees/magic bees

Will loonium generate extra bees/magic bees? So far I've got 3 stead fast bees, but none of other dungeon loot bees.

To my knowledge steadfast drones are the only bees you can get from dungeon loot. You might want to look into a hivacyth, which makes hive bees (mostly drones, but the occasional princess).

What about bees you need for certus bees and enderium bees? NEI says they're dungeon loot.

I don't recall the exact breeding chains of bees, but Monastic bees are gained from villager trades. Every other bee I can think of can be derived solely from the hive bees, or are hive bees themselves.
