First Off your posting in the wrong section, secondly most maybe not all server admins/dev are not going to waste a lot of time walking you through the process of setting up or set it up for you, particularly not on a home pc, these admins spend most of there free time keeping there own servers running as smoothly as they can, so thats out the window.
Your other option is to google & learn all the related info on mcp/bukkit/mce, what ones works with each other & the ones that need a degree in physics to understand, or pay some one to do it for you, in short its a nice idea but will not fly.
