looking for help with machine inventory manager

I was looking for guides for things that people did with the machine inventory manager but i could not find anything.

i have seen people automate certus quartz seeds and would like to see a guide on that for example.

As for the seeds,

1. Put an interface on a hopper which is on a Botania Open Crate.
2. Crafting pattern into the interface(with a crafting card so it can auto make the seeds) 1 seed=1 pure crystal.
3. Botania Open Crate above a pool of water surrounded by crystal growth accelerators.
4. Item Transfer Node from Extra Utilities facing up underneath the water. Add in a World Interaction Upgrade and a filter set to the pure crystals.
5. Pipe Item Transfer Node back into the interface.


There are other option(formation planes, SFM etc) but this is the simplest way for me.
