Looking for FTB server.

You are almost certainly not going to find someone that is on a server that meets your specific requirements who just happens to see your post and also decides to reply. There really isn't a market for server owners/members to do this, so your best bet is to continue attempting to find a server that supports what you want in the server promotion area.

There are surely servers that allow PvP, but "griefing" is almost universally considered worthless (the act of attempting to cause people grief is, in itself, destructive to a community). What you may want to look for would be "anarchy" servers, which are pretty much "no rules" in that regard. It's a play style that I'm sure takes some getting used to, but must be loads of fun, aye?
That aside, people are not really "scared", but more that they don't want to deal with other users destroying things that they worked hard to make. When you spend weeks building up your base, and some dillweed comes around and nukes it when you are offline, that just does not sit well with 99.934% (source: my randomized 99.9XX percent generator) of the people that play MineCraft.
So, find those of like mind, or if you cannot find a server that fits the bill, set one up. Good luck!
Yea for those things your best bet is to make or rent your own server for your needs, I having my own server that is 0 banned items with low player count but good performance so players can build big and wide without stupid restrictions that most servers on the market do. Like most either limits or remove Chunkloaders and items that do similar functions (like a BC quarry).Because they're usually stuffing as much players as possible into a low performance server since server hosting is not cheap at all. Those that do sometime even tries to make dollars by selling stupid virtual merchandise that you could typically get ingame like chunkloaders. Which I find is very unfair since power is money in a game and why would we want to be limited on what we can do on how much money we have in our wallets?? Isn't that why we play games to "escape" real life and not bring real life problems into a game?
