Looking for a Server Wrappers/Admin Utility

Hello all.

I'm trying to find some sort of Wrapper or Utility that will allow me have my server reset every 12 hours on its own. I am running a windows server. Other utilities like backups and whatever else would be nice, but the automated server restarts is the most important. I should also add that I'm running a Direwolf20 mod pack server.

Many server hosting companies offer this option in their server/admin management panels. If you are hosting on your own then perhaps one of the plugins from this post will help, but I'll let others with more knowledge in this field respond with a better answer
