What I mean is a mod that that would allow me to create a dimension that I could build up in someway, And then be able to access from that same dimension as it was saved from any created world. for instance taking an existing world that has been built up and designed to work with a quest book or custom NPC's quest system and then setting the world up as a dimension that can loaded up and visited from any world created in the modpack.

There's probably a way to do it with Mystcraft or RFTools and some hackery (such as by replacing the contents of the folder for some random RFTools/Mystcraft dimension with the atmospheric effects you want with the contents of the Overworld dimension folder of the dimension you want to copy over), but that's not really my area of expertise. There may be a better way to do it that I don't know about.

However, I do know for a fact that the above will not work if any changes were made to the pack at all between the creation of the worlds you want to merge. If you created and built up a world in one dimension, updated a single mod so as to use a single additional block or item ID, and then created your other world, there's a better than even chance that at least half of all the block and item IDs will get screwed up when you copy the dimension files over. If the world even loads after that.

You have been warned. If you try this, do so very carefully, and make lots of backups.

That might work the question then becomes is there a way to make RFtool's create and load the dimension file each time a new world is created, or would I have to ship a save file with the pack as well? Cause if I have to ship a save file I might as well not worry about making the pre-built dimension since I could just have the player load up the world.

Uh... RFTools hackery would definitely not be an effective way to get your built-up dimension into worlds created by players. I thought you were just trying to create one combined save file, either for your own personal use or to be distributed with the pack.

Based on your last post, I'd suggest looking into Lockdown. It's a mod that lets you provide a "template" world with your pack, and then whenever a player tries to create a new world, they actually find themselves in a copy of your template world.
