Today, when I try to log into my server, I'm getting "Connection Lost" "Failed to login: Bad login". Another player is reporting the same issue.

The server log only contains:
23.11 10:19:21 [Server] INFO QuantumMiner [//xx.xx.xx.xx:52610] lost connection

Operating System, bit type: Windows 7, 64 bit
Internet Service Provider: Comcast
Java version/update, bit type: 7u45, 64 bit
Anti-malware software: ZoneAlarm
Location you are (generalized): Seattle
Location you're downloading from: Unknown
Launcher version: 1.2.7
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): yes
Console log, pastebin.com link: http://pastebin.com/1C3TKnpc

Same issue here
Me and my friends have the same issue on my server (mc account)
I tested an another same problem
An another can logged this morning without problem(mj account)

server spec
Direworl20 1.5 v2 v1.1.3

I am having the same issue, as is a colleague of mine. Cannot connect at all due to this error.

What packs are you guys playing? Our server FTB pack is Unleashed 1.1.3. And two out of 3 constant players have this issue.

Is this maybe a Mojang side error?

I'm doing Unleashed 1.1.7. It seems to be somewhat intermittent; if I keep polling I'll eventually get in, but it's unpredictable. My friend still can't get in. If it's a Mojang issue,it ins't visible from the server status on https://help.mojang.com

Connor: my server log is in my original post
23.11 10:19:21 [Server] INFO QuantumMiner [//xx.xx.xx.xx:52610] lost connection

Without any logs from client and MORE IMPORTANTLY the server we can't help, there are thousands of things that can prevent login with a simple "connection lost" notice for the client.

I am having these same issues with my 1.1.3 Unleashed Server. Here is a log from my server.

Java 7u45 (64bit reinstalled today)
Unleashed 1.1.3 Server (freshly installed today)
Server is Local
  • Intel i7-3770k CPU 3.5GHz
  • 8G Memory
  • Windows 8 Ultimate (64bit)
No added Mods

I am local hosting on my desktop, but all Issues I am having are replicated on my laptop.
Server loads fine, no issues there. When Client goes to login, it attempts to connect then reports back "Can not connect: Bad Login"

It happens on two different accounts (mine and my girlfriends).

If any more info is needed, just let me know.

You are premium right? Try setting in the server.properties offline mode =true. Could be a issue with mojang and if this works then it is minecraft.net login servers or something acting up.

This does resolve the login issues, but renames everyone to userName... I've been using the account usernames to login. Are you supposed to use email address? I get confused since minecraft changed it.

No plugins. Its fresh downloaded off the launcher. No changes made to it. Setup a 1.1.6 unleashed, and an unhinged server with the same issues. Anyone trying to login kicks the active player as everyone has the same name. The vanilla 1.7.2 server i was running didnt have these issues.

Never had this happen before so this will be hard to diagnose from me.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Does this login problem happen if you try to host a vanilla 1.6.4 server? Likewise, I've never heard of this happening before.
