Details of the issue I was playing on a server and all was fine until recently when the crashes started. I don't know on who's side this is being caused. Thanks again.

can I add that I am logged in to the server and, a few seconds after the crash happens.
 
GPU driver crash. If you have real GPU configure MC to use it. If not Try reinstalling/downgrading/upgrading GPU drivers.
 
Oh ok. I have Intel 4000 (I believe is the GPU). So, do I need to look into updating the drivers for it? or do I do some configuring to make it work with MC?

Also, I recently deleted everything related to minecraft and fresh downloaded everything including the new curse launcher, the problem persists. Not sure, if this info is necessary but just in case.
