Windows .exe Login Error

Whenever i try to log into FTB with my legit minecraft account it says the password or username is invalid when it is not. I know my account is legit because i have been playing FTB for months and it just started showing the error yesterday and I really want to play FTB. How do I completely Redownload FTB? Please help me
 
Nope I am still having trouble. It didn't restart completley. I have java installed. What am i doing wrong D:[DOUBLEPOST=1364141931][/DOUBLEPOST]Where in the FTB file would i find LastLogin?
 
I know this makes me sound more noobish, but i cant find a way to directly install FTB into my clean new FTB folder.
