I'm having a problem where my tesseracts don't pump my bio-fuel from stills into my tank. I added some pics of my build

Tessers auto output there for you don't need to change the pipe on the other end.

(in 3rd image)
Take the redstone torch away and then wrench your pipe.
Should work.

I was just about to say that the final tesseract is on redstone enabled, low, and is getting a signal. You could change that to enabled, high, or disabled, and it work work the same as removing the torch.

They auto output so you will need to wrench it agian.
