Windows .exe Launcher Won't Open

Sup support people, how you going?

My computer recently got it's hard drive wiped due to me messing around in the registry (that was smart, I know). Anyway, on the fresh Windows install, I installed Java JDK 7u45 (which includes the JRE). Upon opening the launcher normally (aka double-clicking the icon in my games folder), nothing happens, which is odd.
When I open the launcher using "java -jar FTB_Launcher.exe" in command line, I get the following error: http://pastebin.com/cnyceqbr
Trying to launch the .jar file gives this error, which appears to be exactly the same: http://pastebin.com/q2GkcRa8

Any ideas on why this is happening, and how to fix it?

Have you tried turning if off then on again?

Ok, that was an incredibly simple solution that I should have thought of myself, but thanks to JZTech101 anyhow. Just delete %appdata%/ftblauncher and start again.
