Launcher wont load the mod packs​

Details of the issue:

I have the latest 64 bit java. My computer is 64 bit, but it only has 4GB of ram. When i try to launch this mod pack or any mod pack, the minecraft screen never comes up. It just goes back to the launcher​

I haven't experience this issue. But do some research involving windows 10 with Intel video cards and OpenGL. The default windows 10 driver for intel does not include OpenGL support. You must replace it with one that does.

Second, update your graphics card's driver.
