Launcher Trouble.

My launcher will open, but after that it errors out and won't even show the possible packs or news. The main error says network is unreachable: connect java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable: connect
it also says failed to load/read modpack. The last error says completely unable to load modpackfile, check your connection. does anyone have a solution?

Its troubling me because ive attempted updating it and it won't work, but ill mess with it a bit. thanks
