Windows .exe Launcher stops loading

I loaded up the FTB launcher as usual and it has been sitting for 20 mins with no change in the console nor the launcher. It has yet to load any modpacks. I have already tried to reinstall the launcher and it still continues to not load any modpacks.

Make sure to run FTB in Administration mode, And try changing your server download location to Nuttingham, And if that does not work, Try the other servers, Remember to close your FTB and reopen it each time you change your server download location.
