Launcher stays stuck on Instance Loading

As title says, this happens:

This process pops up but there's no actual Minecraft launcher.

Also the mc main menu music starts playing, and again it appears in windows' mixer with this same name.
Again, nothing ever shows up launching after I click play on FTB.

Running Java 18.
I just reset my PC and it's almost fresh so any suggestion on what I could be missing is appreciated.

I had same thing. I can't remember if it was after adding FTB Ultminer through FTB App or Java version conflict.
At some point FTB App was yelling at me for using Java 18.
