Summary of the problem lag

What is the bug? i spawned a wither to try to get a nether star, it lagged up my client, and has been laggy ever since, i had no problem prior to spawning it.
Mod & Version sky factory 3 on curse.

Is it repeatable? yes, i restarted my computer, started a new game, still laggy. my other games that use alot of graphics arent laggy,, including vanilla minecraft, just this modded version of minecraft at this point.
