Hi There,
I'm just about to start playing FTB for the first time and was wondering what JVM arguements should I use when playing?

How much ram should I allocate? What other things should I do or install to make my game better? I usually allocate 6gb of RAM to regular Vanilla Minecraft, so I'm not really sure how much ram I should use.

I play on an iMac 2017 4k retina display, but have installed windows on it.

Here are my specs:
CPU: 14-nm "Kaby Lake" 3.0 GHz Intel Core i5 7400k
RAM: 8GB of 2400MHz DDR4 SDRAM
GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 555 graphics processor with 2GB Dedicated VRAM
HDD: 1TB 5400 RPM
