Just installed Forge Essentials, Server not showing up now

Added Forge Essentials the only thing ive edited file wise is Forge Essentials>Permissions>Generated>Permissions.txt

Now when i launch my server it has a red x over it. I double checked my IP and my router everythings fine in that area i have no idea what just happened.

Ive rebooted, Restarted Router and Modem

Even made a new server connected fine. Added forge essentials now server cant be reached. But it was working just fine. Like i went in there added users to diffrent groups.
