JEI doesnt display items from all mods (direwolf20 1.18

Im playing on a server with a friend. For some reason, whenever i try to use the search bar to find item recipes, only certain mods show up. the strange part is that my friend does not have this problem. For me 174 pages of items show up, while he gets well over 200 pages. Any fix to this?
