Java crash during startup DW20 1.4.1 in FTB launcher

Details of the issue Java stops working after 4/7 (FTB Launcher) and crashes.
I have reinstalled latest Java but no luck.
MC worked fine yesterday and only think installed today was new Nvidia drivers (and later new Java).
