Summary of the problem Items not going into refined storage

What is the bug? Well I've been watching my refined storage work and I have items being imported into it through ender chest and the importer. , I've just hooked up the quantum storage to save space but no items seem to being going in there , it's like it's self deleting the items that go into the quantum storage. Please help??
