Details of the issue:
I been smelting tons of ores, i put around 800 lead ores and made 1600 ingots, then made around 800 silver ores, after those ores i wanted to make some enderium but there was still lead ores showing. Since there was no melted lead even when i was making the silver, i started to take those ores to see if it was just a glitch but i started to get them in my inventory, even if it shouldn't be there. There's a video here i made-
. Edit: my smeltery can melt 4 stacks and half ores and can keep around 3000 melted ingots inside.​
