Item disappearing

Hey guys,

i have a big problem in my mindcrack 8.2 mcpc+ server. Some of the Items are just disappearing.
For example:

Barrels
Enderchests
Items from the Inventory of a Player
Items from a Safe
...

Do u have any idea what could cause this ?
 
What else do you have installed? For example, is TickThreading installed? Also, are you getting any error messages that correspond with the disappearances?
