Item bug?

Okay so when i use the yogcraft mod pack I would throw things out when im looking in my inventory. About 4 of those stacks will show up the other items well... disappear. So im wondering if anyone else is getting this bug or someone can explain it to me

Items you throw to the left appear in the world, items you throw to the right disappear?
Deactivate cheat mode in NEI, because then if you drop items into the item list on the right, they will be deleted.
