Didn't want to put this in bugs since it's not a problem anyone else seems to be having and its not what I would consider a "bug"
Last night I loaded up FTB for the first time in ages and decided to check out Horizons. While my problem isn't a bug, my system seems to be coin flipping whether it wants to load past a certain point. It either completely stalls there for who knows how long or takes a oddly large chunck of time trying to load past it.
Currently I have Windows 8.1, Java 7.45 and the newest launcher and 2GB allocated. Basically I've tried everything I could think of.
