Issues downloading Infamy Server

I've been working for a couple days on recreating the server files using the help that I get from the Forge forums. It was successful and as far as I know is an exact duplicate of what the files should look like.
Here's the download link. (This is for Infamy 2.0.6, the latest version.) The download button is at the bottom middle of the page: https://copy.com/o9ZWQTi6UsTBOjZ0
 
FYI, this is because there aren't any server files. The pack author didn't give me any to upload.
 
Pet peeve, modpack, not mod.

Anyway, nothing to do with me. He doesn't give me files, I can't upload them.
It's not hard to build a server from the client files.

Thank you a lot, i appreciate the time you took for this, but i am having a hard time trusting. :/
