Issue with playing FTB on same machine as server.

When i try to host my server with 64 bit java, i get http://i.imgur.com/p4Yge6M.png

Yet i cannot launch FTB packs without running 64 bit due to ram restrictions of 34.

Is there a way i can solve this or no?
