Summary of the problem Issue with Embers Emitters and Recievers

What is the bug? I have everything set up properly. My pressure refinery has ember in it and I have an emitter attached. when I shift-right-click on the receiver and right click on the emitter it makes all the proper sounds, but no actual ember it being transmitted.
