Hello my fellow beast feeders!

I'm trying to setup some sort of very inefficient way of mass producing resonant ender, yet I still want it to look good. So is there a way I can put both any sort of energy transferring wire stuff IN the same block as an item transferring tube thing?

Not sure if I think it is an inefficient solution, but it is expensive. Use it myself for example for MFR grinders embedded in walls, so that I can have item, power and mob essence transfer in/out the same face and send off wireless.
