ive been playing that pack on a server for a long time and im having fun but i wanted to troll some people with weird music is that possible?

Botania has a cacophonium, which plays animal sounds. You can then tune a note block to that sound, then randomly play it with a redstone signal.
If you can make a server-official resource pack, you can basically get any sound to play over that note block. Of course, any of that same animal would play that same sound.
