Request Is there a way to disable Ftb utilities on a server

Dear Community

i recently started a server with FTB infinity Evolved on it

but the problem is that every user is able to claim/chunkload chunks by using FTB utils
is there a way to disable this serverwide ?

Not sure if it works, but you might get away with just setting the configs so people can claim 0 chunks.
