I run my own private server and have found not one, but two Darkwoods Towers. Unfortunately, one is made of wood and I don't want it burning down from a stray Ghast or Blaze shot.

If it's not disabled, what are the commands I need to input into the server.properties file?

On your server as either op or admin, input into chat /gamerule doFireTick
That is how you either enable or disable fire spreading.
