Summary of the problem Iron Backpacks are not restocking

Pack Version

What is the bug? I dont know if it is intended in this ModPack, but after updating to .13 the IronBackpack does not restock blocks while sieving

Mod & Version The Modpack version is currently 3.0.13 (No option for this version in Pack Version)

Is it repeatable? Yes, even in creative
