Hey everybody,
Figured I'd introduce myself. Relatively new Minecrafter who got sucked immediately into mods in a strong way, after watching the first Direwolf FTB map video, and hooked ever since. It's been fun watching the FTB project develop and waiting on the edge of my seat for things to be released.
For now, till the Ultimate/Private packs are released, I do a pseudo-FTB custom mod set. My current interesting build is creating Computer Craft/Turtle systems to make myself more or less obsolete. Creating turtle butlers using Misc Peripherals is my current fun project, in prep for starting a small server.
In the real world, I'm a biological Anthropologist working in functional anatomy and advanced computer processing of CT/MRI/laser scans. Mostly I shoot lasers at skeletons and make science happen.
Besides Minecraft, I play lots of other games. Mostly analog games, like Battletech and Eurogames.
