Problem Infinity Lite: Journeymap

I'm running a server which has converted from bukkit to FTB and I am need of a warping system. I know there is a function with journeymap where you can teleport to waypoints. I tested it in single player and discovered that you have to have cheats enabled. Being OP in a server simply isn't enough for you to warp to waypoints. Is there any way to 1. enable cheats to enable warping or, 2. modify config files to allow for warping?
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about Journeymap teleportation but, Infinity Lite should have FTButilities installed which allows players to set homes with /ftb sethome home, homes can be teleported back with /ftb home home. You can also set warps with /ftb setwarp warp and access them with /ftb warp warp.

On a side note, why did the devs have to make the commands for setting home and warping so damn long?!
