First: I'm well aware that there is no official support for adding or removing mods from a tightly controlled and interwoven custom pack like Infinity Evolved Expert Mode Skyblock.
Second: The mods I want to add are mostly irrelevant to the conversation. So I'm not going to name them.
My first question: Can I enable the Custom Config in Applied Energistics without breaking minetweaker compatibility, and hence all the gating involving AE in the pack? I need to disable one specific feature that doesn't appear to be used anywhere in the pack.
Second question: I assume the dimension features for RFTools were disabled to preserve the skyblock nature excepting the Spirit World Progression in Witchery. There are some worldgen structures required for one of the mods I wish to use, that I can't have players build. Is it easy to allow admins to build dimensions while keeping it restricted from players? That would allow me to add the mod and allow access at progression points to the required worldgen.
