Infinity 2.1.2 Fixing/Adding Microblocks

I'm running an Infinity Evolved 2.1.2 server and have made some Sea Lantern (ID:584) blocks from the Botania mod. I wanted to make microblocks out of it, but putting the sea lantern in a table with a few different saws produced nothing. Testing the same thing in a single player world works perfectly. Looking up the ID (7104:1) and using the give command on the server give me the message "There is no such item with ID 7104:1." Is there a reason its not allowing this on the server? Is there a way to add this to the server? Thanks.
