I have made an error.
So... basically I took a trigger, ran it into a group command, split it with flow commands far too many times so it would activate an exponential times per second, and ran that into an auto-crafting tree. Upon connecting the trigger to the group command after setting everything up, I timed out. Every time I try to connect, I time out. Pretty sure I broke the TPS on the server.

Can something be done to shut off SFM (Steve's Factory Manager) commands? Or how can I fix this?

What I was doing was making a 8x compressed cobble auto-crafter. I have it hooked up to a deep storage with 90Mil+ cobble and a gen with 4x 64 world interaction upgrades, 64 speed, and one stack upgrade.
One fix that I considered working was if I just simply wait until I run out of cobble. Problem being I'm not sure if the TPS will go low enough to allow me on the server long enough to fix the issue in-game because I'm constantly creating so much cobble.
The second option I have would be deleting my Mystcraft age where this all is located... Or possibly removing SFM, restarting the server, and then adding it again?

Please help. I have made a grave mistake.

I would shutdown the server, back it up, and fire up MCEdit and delete the controller. You shouldn't have to remove the mod or delete the age this is happening in.
