Hello ladies and gentlemen! I have made a very small infinite fuel generator on Feed the Beast Unleashed pack! This design fits into a 5x7 square! Just follow the upcoming steps, and you will have infinite fuel! If wanted, I can make a tutorial for infinite lava and oil. Post in the comments if you have any problems with it!
Just a heads up, this method is not cheap. You could replace the pipes I use with lower class ones.

Materials:
Lots of building blocks
64 x Fibre cable
8 x Electrical engine
9 x HV solar panel - OPTIONAL
1 x MFSU
Tank x 4
32 x waterproof transport pipes
4 x emerald or wooden waterproof transport pipes
8 x oil refinery
8 x oil fabricator
8 x levers

Step 1. Create a 5x7 platform for your generator. You can use Solar panels as I show, or if you have your own power you want to use that cool as well.

Step 2. Place fibre cables on the bottom of the 3x3 square3 blocks away from the main platform. This is for the solar panels.

Step 3. Place the solar panels on top of the 3x3 square of fibre cables like so. This provides power for the generator. I use HV Solar panels in this, but nine is very overkill. Two will work, providing enough power to the MFSU to run through the night. If you use three, this will cover night and rain.

Step 4. Place 1 fibre cable going towards the main platform. This will take all the solar panels energy and put it into the MFSU. Place the MFSU beside the one cable, then put another beside that. When completed, it should look something like this: fibre cable, MFSU, fibre cable

Step 5. Now, on the first block of you platform place 4 oil fabricators in a row going along the width. Now attach all of them to the fibre cable coming out of the MFSU. Now all the oil fabricators should be linked to the MFSU.

Step 6. Two rows behind that, place another row of 4 oil fabricators. Link those to the first four oil fabricators with fibre cable.

Step 7. Now notice how they won't be powered, because they do not link up the the MFSU. Place fibre cables around the side so they do get connected.

Step 8. Place waterproof transport pipes over the first row of oil fabricators, and also the second row (the first fibre cable row). I use gold, but you can use whatever kind you want. Just make sure you don't use stone AND cobblestone.

Step 9. On the second row of oil fabricators, place oil refineries on top of all four. The refineries should be connected to the waterproof transport pipes.

Step 10. Place any block across the bottom of the next row. Then place the electrical engines on top of them. The engines should be going into the refineries. Then attach fibre cables onto the tops of the engines.

Step 11. Place levers under each of the engines. These will turn them on, and start making the oil.

Step 12. Put waterproof emerald OR wood transport pipes on top of each refinery.

Step 13. Connect each of the emerald or wood pipes with the same waterproof transport pipe you used earlier. Attach the tubes to the tanks you want the fuel to go into.

Step 14. Place electrical engines going into the emerald pipe. This will let the oil flow out faster. The engines will not be in the correct position, so you need to use a wrench to adjust the direction.

Step 15. Hook up the engines with the fibre cable from the MFSU. Then put blocks on top, which the levers will go on to turn it on.

Step 16. OPTIONAL - Change the tubes that the emerald pipes lead into to iron pipes, so that the oil flows easier.

Step 17. OPTIONAL - One other thing you can do to make it go faster is to attach a cable directly from the solar panels to the main fibre cable that powers everything. But ONLY do this is you are using ELECTRICAL engines!

You're done! It should look something like this!

Now all that is left to do is flip all the levers and then its turned on and working! Also, if you want a bigger generator, just extend it past 4 blocks wide. See my main base pictures at the bottom for a better idea!

You should never short-circuit any IC2 power storage, as that will cause extra packets to flow constantly into and out of the storage block, causing lag (it also used to create a memory leak that could eventually crash your game, and I don't know if that has been fixed yet). If you have that many resources and you think the EU/t coming out of one is "not enough power", you should just add a second MFSU.

I am struggling a bit to understand the purpose of this. You need fuel for something that will only run on fuel? Because if you are doing it for MJ I would imagine simply using the Electrical engines upgraded with the Iron Electron tube(I think it is, long time ago since I used it) would give a much better conversion rate. Not to mention being much more compact.

And using Emerald pipes powered with electrical engines to extract fuel from a Refinery only powered by a single electrical engine.. Quite the waste of Emeralds and EU.
