Title Incomplete Mod Downloads AND missing uninstall script

Details of the issue I have noticed over the last few days, that I am unable to download to new profiles Mod packs. Teagan's Guide to WItchery I am helping to beta test and I make new profiles to test it. I attempted to download her latest 1.8.0.1 to a new profile and I only was able to get the first 5 mods on it. I deleted all the other profiles and backups to try to get it and downloaded it again and same thing. Someone suggested to uninstall and reinstall the Twitch app. I have win 10 and I tried the ControlPanel_> Programs and twitch isn't listed. So I am stuck trying to uninstall it and reinstall the app.
I did try to make new profiles on Forever Stranded and Skyfactory 3 to see if it was limited to the other pack and and same thing happened. Partial downloads. I did put a support ticket in the app, but it really didn't give my any place to properly explain the problem. I think the last Twitch update, broke something for some people. But I am at a loss how to fix it without an uninstall script.

Okay, I installed Twitch app over my current one and I obtained the uninstall script. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I am having the same problem with downloading any Mod pack. Only 4-5mods download with the packs. I am out of idea's on what to try now.
