Inability to sneak?

Hello, im unfamiliar with making mods and such, but i use the mindcrack FTB modpack, and i was wondering how to disable the permanently visable names and chat bubbles? on my bukkit server, alot of us enjoyed playing hide and seek

Something something remove VoxelPlayer, it causes the name and chat bubble changes.

I thought there was a way to disable all players form using specific mods, disabling them for everyone. That would work.
