Request In FTB Infinity Lite 1.5.1, how do you convert RF to EU?

Me and my friend have been playing on a server and we need a way to turn our BigReactor's RF into EU. I've looked into every nook and cranny of the Internet but every way that I've found required mods that aren't in Infinity Lite 1.5.1. Can anyone help us with this?

Immersive engineering does it just use the lv/mv/hv wire connectors and connect them with the matching wire.

Whenever I try to connect the wires to the reactor, it doesn't output energy from the reactor?

this was removed from IE in 1.10.2 versions
as far as i know there is no way to convert RF to EU

Rather than creating RF directly, you can instead create EU directly. Its a bit of a pain in the butt, but you can use the reactor in active-cooled mode (with a turbine) and send the steam into a bunch of Railcraft steam turbines. Each turbine will (iirc) consume 320 mb of steam and generate 200 eu of power.

Here's the butt-hurt:
1) You can't create a proper closed loop. You'll need TONS of water input (best done from extra utilities liquid transfer nodes)
2) The rotors in RC turbines don't last forever. This project will consume lots of steel.
3) A typical Big Reactor produces (way) more than 320 mb of steam. You'll likely need many of these turbines. But at least they'll look cool.

I found out how to do it after a lot of trial and error.
Step 1. Connect an ender energy conduit to the reactor.
Step 2. Have the energy conduit output it's energy into an Ultimate Energy Cube.
Step 3. Place an MFSU and connect it with the energy cube using universal cable
Step 4. config the energy cube so that it outputs energy to the cable
Step 5. Enjoy a lot of EU
