Firstly, I hope that this is posted in the correct forum to get some help. I had no issues on my mac before, and nothing but problems now.

Recently switched from a mac to a PC, re downloaded FTB and running java 64 bit. 16gb of ram with 2.25 gb allocated to minecraft and windows 7 professional 64 bit. Graphic settings are set to fast and performance, render distance normal. Default texture pack.

The crash happens as follows: I started a new world, in Overload, ran around for a few minutes gathering things, then severe lag hit, then crash. the crash log ishttp://pastebin.com/PkzDVvQb . Thought this was an issue with leaves rendering in a forest, so i attempted to create a superflat world. In this case, it was an insta-crash, didn't even load into the game.

Trying to find the source of the problem, i moved to another pack, unleashed, same issues there as well as the DW20 pack. I even tried adding the perm size to the advanced settings in the launcher, no change in the crashes as well as changing the amount of ram allocated. I don't believe this is a memory issue as when available, F3 is up and it (at the most) runs at 15-25%. There isn't anything else using RAM when running MC.

From what it looks like the error is with chicken chunks? Not sure on that but it says there's a server error. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

I posted the original in the wrong forum, here's a second try. The reply I got on that one was to add the folder to my AV program as an exception. That didn't work, I added it to my exception list and it was smooth for about 15 seconds. Sam log as the original post and it says " Exception in server tick loop" in the crash message. As well as http://pastebin.com/6pdxc54u that log from the console.
