IF plant gatherer on steroid

I have a bizarre problem. I am playing my own modpack (1.12.2) and I included IF in it for the framing capabilities. But when I made and place a plant gatherer to make a tree farm, it goes way too good. I have a picture showing the gatherer and it area it is affecting. I only have a range:0 addon in it.
