IE:E Problems with trophies

Well, I lost my trophies while I was reirganizing my chests and some of them despawn. Is there a way to get them again?

PS: I'm sorry if this don't go in there. I'm lost in this huge forums :)
 
Assuming your talking twilight forest trophies your three options are
- Load a backup
- Cheat them in
- Fight the bosses again

Also, for future reference this should be in general FTB chat section, and it would help if you would say what type of trophies you're looking for. Theres lots of mods out there, and lots of trophies.
