ID mismatched between world and game after switching to Linux server

I used to have my FTB Monster server running on a Windows 7 computer and I recently updated it to Ubuntu (using OpenJDK). After copying over the server files and starting up the server, I get this error when trying to connect to it.

To troubleshoot I've tried starting the server on my main Windows 8 PC and connecting to the server through localhost, and it works fine, no ID mismatches. I've also copied the server config folder over to my client and that does not solve it, I also tried updating the server and my client modpack and that doesn't help either.

It seems like it has something to do with Linux not loading the mods but I can't figure it out. I checked for duplicate .cfgs to see if it changed the name and there was nothing. Thanks.

What version of monster is on the server and what version do you have? The OS in this case has nothing to do I with it so don't be hating on daddy Linux.

Somehow the actual minecraft id7 is mismatched??? That's a new one, I suggest a complete reinstall of everything except the world and plugins if you have them on both client and server as FTB by default does work on pretty much every OS and java 7. Assuming you have the same version on both client and server.

It's the newest version of Monster. I re-downloaded the modpack and replaced it but the same thing happens.

What is the"newest" version? The numbers please also in your client go to options and click force update then select the same version as the server files.

Make sure thaumic tinkerer(and KAMI) is enabled on both client and server since thaumic tinkerer edits bedrock, which is Block ID 7.
Same for factorization, but that is enabled by default.
