I tried putting the IP, but the server won't launch.

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I finished making my server played a little bit in server.properties. When all said and done I enter minecraft, enter my IP and try to login, but it didn't work. I investigated. The server wasn't running what so ever. So I launch over and over and it simply doesn't open. I tweaked with some things in the server's properties and found out that the IP that I entered is what's stopping me to play. This is not only stopping me, but also my friend. In the end this is a screenshot that I managed to pull out before it closed back.

Remove the IP from server.properties

Also you shouldn't have the vanilla server gui if launching any of the FTB mods packs, what pack are you playing and how are you starting that pack?
